This specialized cleaning service addresses the unique challenges of post-forfeiture storage unit cleanouts when traditional methods like auctions or standard cleanouts are no longer viable. We understand these situations often involve extensive debris, unusable items, and require meticulous cleaning to prepare the units for re-rental. Our service focuses on comprehensive clearing, removal of remaining contents, cleaning of all surfaces, and basic sanitation. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary cleaning supplies, including essential safety equipment such as gloves, masks, and eye protection. While our service focuses on the labor-intensive cleaning and removal process, clients may be responsible for disposal costs and have the option to provide their own disposal container, such as a dumpster. However, if there is an excessive amount of abandoned property, the client will be required to remove it before service starts.
All hazardous materials must be removed at the client’s expense. Common hazardous materials include, but are not limited to: paints, solvents, pesticides, batteries, cleaning chemicals, aerosols, motor oil, antifreeze, industrial chemicals, solvents, asbestos, lead paint, mercury, medical waste, flammable liquids.
Our standard hourly rates apply for services performed on weekdays. However, due to increased demand and staffing considerations, services scheduled on weekends and public holidays will be subject to additional surcharges. These premium rates, along with any applicable disposal fees, will be clearly communicated and outlined in the service agreement, providing clients with complete transparency and allowing them to budget effectively for their specialized post-forfeiture cleaning needs.
To initiate a cleaning service, clients are required to both pay a deposit and sign a service agreement before any work commences. The deposit secures the booking and allows us to effectively schedule our team. The service agreement outlines the scope of work, pricing, terms, and conditions, ensuring a clear understanding between both parties before any cleaning begins.
